what is miyatako takoyaki

Takoyaki (literally baked octopus) is a popular Japannese dumpling made of flour, food oil, cut octopus, tempura scraps(tenkatsu agedama) and green union, topped with takoyaki sauce, mayonannaise, green layer(aonori) and katsuobushi(fish shaving cakalang)



Takoyaki berasal dari kata tako artinya gurita dan yaki artinya bakar. Jadi takoyaki adalah gurita dicampur tepung yang kemudian dibakar dan ditambahi bumbu-bumbu penyedap serta topping dan ikan cakalang, rumput laut, saos jepang dan mayones.

acctually i have so many stories in my head. some of them still in my mind,..and some of them become unfinnished and unpublished stories in my laptop. poor me who always running out the time day by day. sigh...

at least a have some good news for you, a really good news i hope. but, wait,.. i think it's better to keep it as a secret and become a big surprise until the big day...it will be end of this month,.. surprise..surprise,..hohohoho..can't wait.

oh ya,..recently i'm crazy about all "lenka's" songs. it's a really wonderful songs. makes my world more colourful and makes me feel younger :)
and i'm reading "the turk and my mother" mary helen stefaniak. it's a good book, good story...

and,...most shocking news is : i got a piano course. yeah,..do you think i'm to old to start this thing?... oh,..please..please..please.. don't tell me even it's true,..
